Consent Sources

The Consent Sources reference data has been added so users can create and store consent source types for a given consent and be able to record how the consent was obtained from a learner.

Note: Consent sources cannot be deleted when they are referenced in the Default consent source for learner portal prospectus and/or Default consent source for learner module institution settings.
